  2. To deliver your personalised coaching programme, workout plans, and nutrition guidance
  3. To send you coaching-related updates, check-in reminders, and programme adjustments
  4. To process payments for coaching services (via Stripe — we never see your card details)
  5. To improve our website and coaching services based on how visitors use the site
  6. To comply with any legal obligations that apply to us

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, nor will we add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. How we store and protect your data

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to a private, password-protected email account. Client programme data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with encrypted storage and access controls.

We retain your information for as long as you are an active coaching client, or for up to 2 years after your last contact with us in case you wish to resume coaching. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

If you make a payment, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never store, see, or have access to your card number, expiry date, or CVV. For details on how Stripe handles your payment information, see Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.
